Teresa Kobelt is a 1988 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, also earning a degree in Political Science from UW-Madison in 1983. Teresa previously worked for a highly-regarded law firm in Milwaukee while concentrating her practice in employment law. She left Wisconsin for Washington, D.C. before returning to Madison and joining Haley Palmersheim in 1996.

Teresa works in virtually all areas of the firm’s business practice, with particular attention to employment law and establishing and advising non-profit organizations. Teresa is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the Western District of Wisconsin Bar Association, and has been on the board of directors for the Dane County Bar Association since 2002. She also advises the Middleton Performing Arts Center, and serves on committees related to the Arts.
